Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for accessing and using the realityrevolt.com website (the “Site”) and the associated services, published by [RAISON SOCIALE] (the “Publisher”). By accessing the Site, creating an account on it or using its features, the user (the “User”) accepts these Terms without reservation. The conditions applicable to paid products and services are set out separately in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).
▸ 1. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions for accessing and using the Site and its services: viewing content, creating and managing an account, accessing the series, taking part in the Reality Shelter community space and the associated features.
▸ 2. Acceptance and amendment of the Terms
Use of the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If the User does not accept these conditions, it is their responsibility not to use the Site. The Publisher reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time; the applicable version is the one online at the time the Site is accessed. Continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
▸ 3. Access to the Site
The public area of the Site is accessible free of charge. Certain content and services are reserved for Users who hold an account and, where applicable, who have purchased the corresponding access (series, Reality Shelter space). The Publisher endeavours to keep the Site accessible but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability; it may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the services, in particular for maintenance.
▸ 4. Account creation and management
Creating an account requires a valid email address and a password. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. The account is strictly personal. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their account. They undertake to notify the Publisher without delay of any unauthorised use of their account.
▸ 5. Usage rules and User conduct
The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the law, public order and these Terms. The following are in particular prohibited:
- publishing unlawful, hateful, defamatory, insulting or violent content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties;
- harassment, spam or any unauthorised commercial solicitation;
- any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems or other Users' accounts;
- automated or large-scale data extraction (scraping), as well as any use likely to disrupt the operation of the Site;
- account sharing, the resale of access or the redistribution of reserved content.
▸ 6. Content published by the User
The Site may allow the User to publish content (comments, contributions, submissions within the community space). The User remains responsible for the content they publish and warrants that it does not infringe the rights of third parties or the law. By publishing content, the User grants the Publisher a non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the purposes of displaying and operating the Site. The Publisher may moderate, hide or remove any content that is contrary to these Terms or to the law, without notice.
▸ 7. Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (the series and videos, texts, images, sounds, trademarks, logos, graphic identity, code and databases) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the Publisher or its partners. Access to the content is granted for strictly personal and private use. Any reproduction, representation, distribution, making available or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the content (in particular the series) without prior written authorisation is prohibited and may constitute infringement.
▸ 8. Personal data and cookies
The User's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable regulations (GDPR). The use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy. The User is invited to consult these documents, which are accessible from the Site.
▸ 9. Availability and liability
The Site and its services are provided “as is” and subject to availability. The Publisher cannot be held liable for interruptions, malfunctions or unavailability related to maintenance, force majeure, or the User's equipment, connection or browser. The Publisher is not responsible for the content of third-party sites accessible via links from the Site.
▸ 10. Suspension and termination
In the event of a breach of these Terms, the Publisher may suspend or delete the User's account, without prejudice to any actions for damages. The User may delete their account at any time from their personal area or by contacting the Publisher. Deleting the account results in the loss of access to the associated services, subject to the provisions of the GTC for products already purchased.
▸ 11. Third-party providers and services
The Site relies on third-party providers, in particular for payment (Stripe, cryptocurrency payment provider), hosting and the sending of emails. The use of certain features may be subject to the providers' own terms.
▸ 12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or performance, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have jurisdiction in accordance with the rules of ordinary law. Disputes relating to the purchase of paid products are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
