Terms of Sale

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") govern the sale of digital products and services offered on the realityrevolt.com website (the "Site") by REALITY FILMS LLC (the "Seller"). Any order placed on the Site implies the customer's (the "Customer") prior, full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

1. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of the digital products and services offered by the Seller to consumer Customers.

2. Seller identity

REALITY FILMS LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Wyoming (United States), with its registered office located at 30 N Gould St, STE 4000, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Email: contact@realityrevolt.com.

3. Products and services

The Seller offers exclusively digital products and services:

  • The Reality Revolt Series: lifetime access to the entire series (11 episodes, approximately 6 hours of content), through a one-time payment. Access is personal, unlimited in time and available on all of the Customer's devices.
  • Reality Shelter: access to the community space and its features, in the form of a subscription, as well as a Shelter creation offer where applicable.
  • Founding Member offer: early access and benefits reserved for founding members, under the conditions presented on the dedicated page at the time of the order.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The applicable price is the one displayed on the Site at the time the order is confirmed. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the product is billed on the basis of the price in effect at the time of the order. For subscriptions, the price is the one in effect at each renewal date.

5. Orders

The Customer selects the desired product, reviews the details of the order and then confirms payment. The sale is deemed final after confirmation of payment. The Customer receives an order confirmation by email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a payment dispute, suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.

6. Payment terms

Payment is made by credit or debit card through our secure payment provider Stripe, or in cryptocurrencies (USDT, Bitcoin) through our crypto payment provider. Card payment data is never stored by the Seller; it is processed directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards. The order is only confirmed after effective confirmation of payment.

7. Delivery and access to content

As the products are digital content and services, no physical delivery is made. Access to the content is opened immediately after confirmation of payment, directly from the Customer's account on the Site. For payments in cryptocurrencies, access is opened after confirmation of the transaction on the blockchain, which may take a few minutes.

8. No cancellation right and refund policy

The products sold are digital content and services with immediate access. By confirming the order, the Customer expressly requests immediate access to the content and agrees that all sales are final: no refund is granted once access to the digital content has been opened.

This clause applies without prejudice to any mandatory rights that the law of the Customer's country of residence may guarantee. Consumers residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom may retain specific legal rights that these Terms do not override.

9. Reality Shelter: subscription and entry fee

Access to Reality Shelter may be offered in the form of an open-ended subscription, automatically renewed at each renewal date. The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time from their personal account or by contacting customer service; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period already paid for, with no pro-rata refund. Amounts already paid for the current period remain due.

Certain Reality Shelters are created by members and offer paid access in the form of a one-off entry fee. The sole purpose of this entry fee is to open access to the private exchange space of the Shelter concerned (for example a discussion group hosted on a third-party service).

The entry fee is neither a project financing, nor a subscription to an event, nor an investment. It confers no right to any consideration, delivery, service or result other than access to that space. Any projects or activities that may be mentioned within a Shelter are a matter exclusively for its members; the Seller is not their organiser and does not guarantee their completion.

As access is opened immediately after payment, the Customer expressly requests the immediate performance of the service and acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal as soon as access is opened, in accordance with the regulations applicable to digital service contracts. As a result, once access is opened, the entry fee is non-refundable, including if the Customer leaves the Shelter, ceases to be active in it, or if the creator subsequently reduces the activity of the space or ends it.

These provisions apply without prejudice to the mandatory rights guaranteed to the Customer by the law of their country of residence, in particular in the event of failure to provide access, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud, which may not be excluded. The Seller's liability in respect of an entry fee is, in any event and to the extent permitted by law, capped at the amount actually paid by the Customer for that entry fee.

10. Warranties

The digital content and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Seller does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

This limitation applies without prejudice to any mandatory legal warranties the Customer may benefit from under the law of their country of residence. Any complaint may be sent to contact@realityrevolt.com.

11. Liability

The Seller undertakes to provide access to the content under the best possible conditions. The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of a temporary interruption of the Site for maintenance, force majeure, or a malfunction related to the Customer's equipment, internet connection or browser. The Seller cannot be held responsible for the use made of the content by the Customer.

12. Personal data

Personal data collected in connection with the order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations (GDPR).

13. Customer service and complaints

For any question or complaint relating to an order, the Customer may contact customer service at contact@realityrevolt.com. We strive to respond as quickly as possible.

14. Amicable dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to first contact customer service at contact@realityrevolt.com in order to seek an amicable solution. The parties will endeavor to resolve any dispute in good faith before initiating any proceedings.

Consumers residing in the European Union may also refer the matter to the competent dispute resolution authority or body in their country of residence.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Wyoming, without prejudice to the mandatory rights afforded to the consumer by the law of their country of residence.
